In 2006, the consolidated revenue of Sabancı Holding was US$ 12.1 billion with an EBITDA of US$ 1.9 billion.
The Sabancı Family is collectively Sabancı Holding's major shareholder with 74.7% of the share capital. Sabancı Holding shares are traded on the Istanbul Stock Exchange with a free float of 25.3% and depository receipts are quoted on SEAQ International and Portal.
