After graduating from Saint Joseph High School in 1982 and Istanbul University Law School in 1987, Kutadgu completed his law apprenticeship in 1988.
He worked as Legal Counsel at Ditas Maritime Company in 1990 and at Mobil Oil Turkey between 1991 and 1995. In 1995, he joined to Unilever Holding as the Chief Legal Counselor and was appointed to the Board Membership of the company in 2000. As the Board Member, he was responsible from the management of Company’s Legal Affairs, Corporate Communications, Crisis Management functions and the relations with Government and Non-Governmental organizations.
Between 2002-2005, he worked as the Director of Corporate Affairs and Law at Nestle Turkey. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of Nestle Turkey.
Ahter Kutadgu is still a member of Board of Directors of YASED and the Vice-Chairman of TOBB Foreign Direct Investment Board.
Born in 1963, Ahmet Kutadgu is married and has a daughter.
