Sabancı Holding Human Resources Division recruited Payam Yüce Işık with the post of Human Resources Director as of 7th of November, 2005, to work towards achievement of these goals and strategies of the Group regarding Human Resources.
After graduating from the Middle East Technical University, Department of Psychology in 1993, Payam Yüce Işık got her masters degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Purdue University in 1995 and worked as an Internal Consultant at Koç Holding A.Ş. Department of Coordination of Organization and Methods during the years 1996-1997 and as a Human Resources Management Consultant at I.d.e.a A.Ş., an affiliate of the Koç Group, between 1997-2000.
Payam Yüce Işık continued her career working as a Senior Human Resources Consultant and Director at Andersen between the years 2000-2002 and as a Director at the Human Resources Management Consulting Division of Ernst &Young between the years 2002-2004.
