Mustafa Aydın
Group CFO
Mustafa Aydın started his career at Garanti BBVA as an Inspector in the Board of Inspectors and later served as a Tax Inspector at the Ministry of Finance’s Board of Tax Inspectors.
Mr. Aydın joined Sabancı Holding in 2013 and served as a Financial Advisor at Sabancı Holding between 2013 and 2020. From May 2020 to October 2021, he served as Group Manager responsible for Financial Affairs and Digitalization at Enerjisa Üretim. Between November 2021 and December 2022, he served as Director of Financial Affairs and Investor Relations at Sabancı Holding. Appointed as Executive Vice President responsible for Finance and Digital Technologies at Çimsa as of January 2023, Mustafa Aydın also served as Acting Chief Executive Officer as of January 2026, in addition to his current responsibilities at Çimsa.
Following the organizational restructuring at Sabancı Holding, Mustafa Aydın was appointed as the Group CFO as of June 1, 2026.
Mustafa Aydın holds bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Boğaziçi University and completed the Executive MBA program at Sabancı University in 2017.
