Mustafa Özturan
People and Culture President
Mustafa Özturan began his professional career in 1993 at Teksa, working in the fields of human resources and labor relations. In 1994, he joined Bossa, where he served as Human Resources Manager until 2000.
In 2000, Mr. Özturan joined Sabancı Holding and served as Labor Relations Advisor until 2009. He subsequently held the positions of Human Resources and Labor Relations Manager and Human Resources and Corporate Development Director at Sasa Polyester. In 2013, he joined Enerjisa Electricity Distribution Companies as Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Director, assuming significant leadership responsibilities in the areas of human resources, labor relations, corporate development, and administrative affairs.
Mr. Özturan rejoined Sabancı Holding in 2018 and served as Employee Experience and Labor Relations Director. He has also held board memberships at various Sabancı Group companies and most recently serves as President of People and Culture at Sabancı Holding. In addition, he serves as Chair of the TÜSİAD Employment and Social Security Working Group.
Mustafa Özturan holds a bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Gazi University. He also holds a master’s degree in Private Law from Çağ University.
