An award to Sabancı Holding from the Turkish Internal Audit Institute
The “Corporate Awareness Award Ceremony” was organised by the Turkish Internal Audit Institute (TIDE) in order to reward the corporations and individuals who contributed to the development and improvement of professional awareness. SabancıHolding was awarded in the “Corporate Awareness/Promotional Activities” category in the “Corporate Awareness Award Ceremony” organised for the sixth time by TIDE. Acting as the President of the Audit Department of Sabancı Holding, Mr. Bülent Bozdoğan received the award from Mr. Erhan Fatih Anlar, the Chairman of the Corporate Communication Committee of TIDE.
The Internal Audit Department of Sabancı Holding was deemed worthy of this award thanks to its successful activities in 2015 in generalising internal audit across the company, raising the standards and the adoption of audit understanding. The Audit Department of Sabancı Holding received the award for the 4th time, in this the sixth year of its existence.
Besides Sabancı Holding, different companies of the Sabancı Group received four different awards as well. CarrefourSA and Akçansa were deemed worthy of an award in the category of “Corporate Awareness-Quality Assurance”, Kordsa Global received an award in the category of “Corporate Awareness-Promotional Activities” and the Sabancı Foundation received an award in the category of “Social Awareness-Social Responsibility” with its “The Ones Making A Difference” project whose seventh season has been started this year.
