Orhun Köstem Has Been Appointed to Sabancı Holding’s Finance Group Presidency
A new appointment has been made to Sabancı Holding’s Finance Group Presidency. Accordingly, effective as of July 1, 2021, it was decided that N. Orhun Köstem would be appointed to the office of Sabancı Holding Finance Group Presidency (CFO).
Sabancı Holding CEO Cenk Alper congratulated N. Orhun Köstem on his new position and said, “I believe that the strong experience N. Orhun Kösten will add greatly strengthen our Group. Therefore, I would like to welcome him to our team and wish him success in his new position.”
About N. Orhun Köstem:
N. Orhun Köstem, graduated from the Mechanical Engineering department of Middle East Technical University in 1991. Then he completed his MBA in Middle East Technical University and Master’s Degree in Finance and Business Law in Bilgi University. N. Orhun Köstem joined Anadolu Group in 1994 where he spent a significant part of his 28 year professional career. Between the years 1994-2008 he worked as Project Development Expert, Business Development Manager, Investor Relations Manager, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Manager, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Director in Anadolu Efes respectively. N. Orhun Köstem was appointed as CFO to Efes Breweries International company in 2008 and worked as Corporate Finance Coordinator at Anadolu Group in 2009. He continued his career at Coca-Cola İçecek, he worked as CFO at Coca-Cola İçecek between the years 2010-2016, as Coca-Cola İçecek Middle East and Pakistan Regional Director between 2017-2018. N. Orhun Köstem, is continued his position as CFO at Anadolu Efes company since 2019.
At the same time, N. Orhun Köstem is one of the authors of the book “Sermaye Piyasalarına Açılan Pencere: A’dan Z’ye Halka Açılma ve Yatırımcı İlişkileri ” (The Window Opening to the Stock Markets: The A to Z of Going Public and Investor Relations) published in 2009.
